read proverbs 19 just now and thought this verse was super applicable to me. many times i think i know so much, or i think i know what's right and wrong, or i think there is no right and wrong. i can think whatever i want, but ultimately only what God says is true and will prevail. there's no running away from God's standard, as a christian. you either fight it and struggle, or you yield and obey slowly, and enjoy God's promises and blessings.

the ground and steadfastness you can find in the bible is so assuring in the midst of this crazy, everchanging world.
