I WILL BLOG PICS when i get them from tim after he finishes doing something on his comp. pics of teeeeeeeeens camp ! :) the theme was dare to be different and it was a really nice camp, not in the way people may think nice camps should be, e.g. many people, fun games, lots of workers, but it was nice because everyone there was so nice, and eager, and wanted to learn something. during the peak there were 8 teens, and everytime else there were 4 to 5. not a big group at all huh? :) when jacob wasn't around, tim was the only guy. poor tim. go tim!
so, on the first day [friday] we met for lunch and went to telipok where we waited for everyone else to come. bJ was late [i think] so we started with icebreakers and songs first. played cherades, winloseordraw, and sound effects. we had the opening message [short short one] when bJ arrived, and then went for games. the games were funny LAH. weird paperplate handphone running memorizing squatting games. they made my thighs ache -- until now! our dear PE t'cher miss. tay lah, so genius. went back to church for dinner and SG with everyone else that usually comes. filmed our salvation testimonies [HAHAHAHA] and went for night games! before we left we freeeaked out over beetles and a huggge flying cockroach. night games were at bottle tree! WE WALKED IN LEH. played with lightsticks and acted spastic while walking. :Dwent back home, bathed, i ate cup noodles and slept at about 4. :(
next day we got up, had devotions, breakfast, and morning worship. for teens team time [bJ came up with that] we painted the teens room abit and washed two vans. [teen labour..] after lunch we had the FUNNY FUNNY QUIZ unofficially called WAN, OR DOWAN, by me. it's something like deal or no deal. heee. for games, we had capt's ball, blindfold game, and water bombbbbbs. i really felt like a kid and i screamed alot, too much. got really angry with jacob for making me so ruthlessly wet and there's a little video clip of me screaming at him which i just watched! funnyness. daphne told him he was cruel to me too. oh yes, my team [moses] consisted of jacob, daphne, me, and sometimes bJ. went back, had dinner, had night worship, and reflection and ice cream time :) slept really well after that but woke up tired and struggled to stay awake during the message. stayed for lunch and debrief, then came home. took a nap and am now having a headache. :(
