mom and dad had a good 3 days together celebrating their 20 years. ^^ pics from yesterday.

i shall summarize. we left the house at around 1pm to have lunch at northpoint, then went on the AMK hub so that daddy could buy the gift that mommy wanted-- bracelet. daddy hasn't had much opportunity to do this kind of thing, so we were savouring the moment and, you know, i was teasing them and all. oh man, mom took like half an hour choosing what she wanted, i was afraid we'd be late for the braces appt! daddy ceremonially adorned mommy with the bracelet at... the underpass. well near the entrance of the amk underpass.

so cute right?

went to orchard and met geil there. we were actually taking the same train as her! woo~ strange. she was nice to tag along and listen to my stupid chattering. the orthodontist is a serious man.. he looked at my teeth for longer than i expected and his diagnosis was so frank it kinda hurt.
ortho- blah blah blah whole upper jaw pushed to the left so it makes your upper lip protrude alot. blah blah remove two teeth blah blah file the bottom teeth blah blah one and a half years because your's is more serious.
the protruding lip.. totally my complex. ouch. well anyway we're gonna fix it! yes thank God, i'm only gonna extract two and not four like the timmay had to. (asa~) took an xray and did the putty thing.. the mold making thing. next step, yank out teeth.

i'm gonna cry. please knock me out or something.

but i think i'll do that after VBS cause the teeth that need to be extracted.. one of them will be pretty visible. don't wanna teach the kids with a black gap in my mouth. you know the kindies.. they notice everything. the otherday during chapel i was singing the countdown song with them and when i said TEN they all pointed to my hand and began laughing. why? because apparently i have a crooked finger. LOL.
anyways geil and i went back north while mom and dad went to pick up something from someone. (?) i went home only to realize i forgot to bring my key. sighs.. that situation. i went to SSC to wait for the parents since we would be having dinner there later. i had 10 bucks.. bought a pancake, bubble tea, and.. a gift for mom and dad. from DAISO!! couple mugs, haha. blocked the counter (there was nobody lah) and kept asking for more newspaper and tape. good thing the cashier was nice and just kept laughing at me.. bending there trying to wrap this unbelievably cheap gift. i knew my parents would appreciate it so, whatever! got a card for 2 bucks too. cute huh, got ribbon one leh the wrapping.
had dinner at new york new york and went home happily.
