finishing up two paces tomorrow. two of the last three for 2009. the remaining one.. i'll just do it next year. can't finish a pace in a day, let alone an english composition pace. hm, probably only geil knows what i'm talking about.. pacey talk. but nevermind. whatever.

my throat is killing me. and my mom puked in the taxi on the way home, while with my dad, because of her migrane. puked in the taxi leh, grosse. so today is considered a sick day. a day when quite a few people are sick.

i planned out 2010. paces, uni application, volunteer stuff. i'll post it up soon. so i can just refer you here if you ask. it's quite a chore explaining it over and over. eh heh. :)

TODAY GEIL HAD TWO TEETH YANKED OUT OF HER POOR MOUTH. three cheers for her courage.

i remember i IBS-ed the whole morning of my extraction, hahah.

met her at the busstop and went with her. she was like, not very nervous? weird girl! we were there early and she went in. it was really fast, like 15 mins. came out looking like a vampire! so we changed the dressing before leaving, and changed it again at northpoint. said bye at the mrt station.

now i have a sore, sore throat. =(

BRACIES SHOT!
oh my goodness my face so huge.

taking a break from school work now.

went for my braces appointment yesterday with geil. think we were both quite zombied. got my braces tightened, and geil got her teeth prepped for extraction. after that, we went to bishan, just because we'd never been there together before. it was so weird shopping (although we couldn't buy anything. this is how you develop taste.) in the morning. left for lunch, had lunch, and bye byes. later in the evening there was choir practice.

my two front teeth hurt like mad today. guess that means they're being aligned.

it's been forever since i blogged. quite lazy so i'll summarize everything. came back from church camp at port dickson on saturday night and totally fell flat on my bed after unpacking and talking a bit to timmy.

the camp was alright. the word was good but something seemed to dissapoint us (geil and i) every day. you know, shopping, paintball, banana boat closed, etc. i guess it's bcos we're so desperate for a teens' camp kinda camp with action packed fun. but anyhow, we took it in our stride and didn't brood or anything. there were other things to be thankful for. the messages were on faith, holiness, love, and service, with the overall theme of growth in Christ.

got to spend lotsa time with geil and jake, both of whom i hold absolutely close to my heart now bcos they are so sweet and good to me. it's funny seeing my parents trying to be fine with jake and me being good friends. it's a very foreign idea to them bcos of their upbringing and culture of the day. geil is seriously like my little sister and we were so psyched about being roommates during camp. she wore the hoodie i gave her throughout the five days! i will forever treat her like my little sis and take care of her and make sure she's okay and stuff. :) thank God for the fellowship.

yesterday was draining because some stuff happened and blah blah i can't mention it here. went to louisa's party really late. i sang part of a spanish song too hastily, not knowing the meaning or remembering that latin americans are such passionate people. and the meaning, as kenny so translated, was totally embarrassing. ugh~ yeah geil, you're laughing now right?

this month has been pretty hectic so far. what with my schoolwork and VBS. and last night! i had a little fright last night when i heard my aunt had to go to A&E. mom and i went with her. thank God it's not as serious as we thought, and the docs managed to diagnose her quickly and accurately. came back late last night. missed that jap movie on okto. it didn't seem like any good anyways. :)

VBS was a blast. a blast of kindies in my face. haha, some kids are firecrackers! but it was so so good to hear about the children who accepted Christ as Saviour. Thank God for the weather and safety. That the kids were quite receptive, no doubt rowdy. it was a good VBS!

Mama's Day;
