today's messages were on 1 cor 3 and "our first love". stuff to think about! :) went for lunch with the bunch after church and heard some of s. weichern's vietnam stories. played with the kids and took some pics of jerry catching butterflies. nice afternoon, other than the heat. :\

jamie and isa bought cards today! and, CH lent me some brushes and a DVD about this artist and the way he paints. was watching it just now but tim wanted to watch his show so i stopped. will watch more tomorrow. aye, seeing someone paint makes me wanna paint also lor. wish all the materials were free. haha.

last night bran got stuck behind my granny's bed. he stayed stuck for about an hour until i heard some ruffling there at ONE A.M. and stumbled down from my bed to get him out.

MAY DAY OUTINGGGG~ i went, with all my meds in my bag just in case my tummy problems decided to return. they did but i tahan-ed. :)
the outing was nice, reminded me of church camp. played electricity as the icebreaker. i wish i could get a heads up when we're playing that game, so i can go stand beside a girl. anyways, beside me were joanna and Chaiheng.

A: huh, i have to hold chaiheng's hand ah?
CH: i shy leh.
A: hahahahaha. -_-"

then BRO BOB preached the message for the first time! (woots) after that there was a birthday celebration and we played captain's ball. hee, i was a useless player. but i tell you why, my tummy was aching again okay! not that i'm lazy. the game was fun, daddy was so enthu about it. he kept sprinting until he was pangchait. we hung around there abit and went for lunch, where i taught everyone to play ABC. ^_^
been watching this show called extreme dreams, where weird ppl go on adventures with a guide, and I SO WANNA GOOOOOOOOOO. i want to go rockclimbing! and kayaking. :D

boy are these days HOT. today i woke up feeling real bad, tummy issues. (winks winks) i was trying to study but towards the afternoon it got worse so i took some meds. felt better after that. :) hope i can go for the may day outing tomorrow. i want some sun! keehee...

just finished drawing. it's a good one. will post it on my art blog. it's really late now and the lighting in my room is bad, so the pic looks a little different than how it looks in real life. ^^

today was my and aunty janet's turn to teach the kids in chapel! ah thank God it went well lah. defffffinitely better than the last time. :D the kids were really good. after church we all went for lunch.. went to an air con place instead of a coffeeshop because it was the logical thing to do in this weather. today's hot ah! on the way back the kids went crazy playing catch the mouse and the name game. wish more teens knew how to play so we could play it faster, like it's supposed to be.

RIGHT NOW there's someone upstairs trying to sing, but in essence just shouting her lungs out. papa calls her yishun idol. i seriously feel like shouting something back up (nicely lah, like, close your window can?). what if those sound waves are taking years off my life, or whitening my hair more quickly? you never know what damage bad sounds can do to you okay.

had a good nap just now, so i'll stay up a little later tonight and enjoy sunday while it lasts. been thinking about the lesson on saturday. what are my aspirations in life? are they pleasing to God? important questions okay.

daddy's been sick these few days. this morning he was all unhappy and i asked him if he was better or worse than yesterday. he said he's feeling better but he's more moody than before. that plus my test results = me banging my head against the wall. (figuratively. my face has enough damage.) ah, i talked about the test. BLAH! :X

it's been dark and cloudy and gloomy since morning here. today's not a nice day. sad day. :(
tomorrow will be better lah. heehee..

i earned $12 today, yes, hard earned money. uncle sam came by again to buy some cards. he kept complaining about the designs (WHATT?!). daddy gave him some young-man lectures on various topics, he and i talked/argued a bit, and then he left. ah, and he played with my violin and left sweat all over it. yuck.

uncle, next time u come buy potato chips can? then our mouths will be all full and we won't hear any lectures or arguments. aha..

ah i got test tomorrowwww. AZA AZA HWAITING!

AAAAAAAAHH it's busy time! but that's a good thing. i have quite a few cards to make and art stuff to do this week, or by this month. many cards, (mom's day and others) portrait, poster, etc. still, i like it all. it's a nice way to earn money, getting to do what i like most. :D i must just learn to KEEP the money properly. heh.

today is pink day. i wore an old blouse (tim low calls it the blanket shirt). we had some fun playing 'catch the mouse' at the coffee shop with the kids. :) daddy borrowed my shades and then didn't wanna give them back! haha. took this last sunday. sundays are really SUN days now. then it rains in the evening.

HELLO, FRIEND. muahahar, slurps. nowadays during lunch it's just me and daddy so we eat simple and yummy stuff like mr. pizza here. pizza was frozen, but we revived him! only to gobble him up ourselves. (getting carried away with my fairytale..) while we're eating we talk about dumb stuff like how to do hand stands and how to build more muscle. (really really. it's funny.)

today i was fine during the morning message, but in the middle of the second one i got really sleepy. whole family went to have lunch with ubin and sophie after church at yishun central. :)

TIM STARTED WORK on monday. not much of a change for me, i'm just doing school work as usual. :\ it's a monotonous week. but, i scored full marks for a S.Stu test! (clap clap clap... clap.)

jamie wants cards so i'm bringing my entire box of cards to church on friday. there aren't that many lah, about $30 worth. :) carol also wants to buy some too but not so soon. TIME TO MAKE SOME MONEY!

it's been sunny sunny and rainy rainy. weird weather! anyway, yesterday the whole family ate some bad rice. we only found out it was bad this morning when everyone started complaining about stomach aches and diarrhea. the main victims were me, tim, and mommy. it's yakult time!

MY TUMMY HURTSSSSSSS. and my legs are covered in mozzie bites. what a disastrous morning! anyone notice a sudden increase of mosquitoes? please follow all those ma huan instructions the mozzie guys give when they visit your house because i really believe it matters now. it's not pleasant to itch. :(

anyway i didn't go for teens club cause my tummy was too painful and i kept going to the toilet. mommy gave me meds and now i feel better. :)

week's been boring and some subjects are quite stressful. but i guess it's healthy stress, the kind that keeps you from being a total lazy slob.

today was my first time teaching chapel and MY THROAT HURTS. why can't all kids be good and nice and SOFT? anyways the shadow puppet thing was good. we pulled it off even tho geil and i messed up our lines. it was fun lah.

i'm really tired and am having a headache now. :(

no we weren't depressed. it was a birthday treat from geil! she'd been wanting to do this for quite some time. every week we pass by the shop and talk about it. so we went there after lunch. we only ordered two things but ended up stuffed to the brim.

and after church there was a cake just for meeee. since nobody else was born in march. :D funny ah? it's not exactly a popular month. had lunch outside and came home to find.... a special delivery! from the ong family. AWWWWW! a pack of good papers for my cardmaking. such a practical gift-- something that can help me make more money. THANKS ONGS! getting packages makes me so happy. just now my aunt called up and found out i was at home because i couldn't meet raye in the end, and she brought an awfully chocolate cake to my house! THEN i took a nap but was woken up by the PIZZA HUT DELIVERY MANNNNN, another special delivery.

the ABM art class '08 ended today. the kids are SUPER DUPER CUTE and it's quite tiring being around them. gonna get pics from tim. =)

ah i'm sixteen leh. it's sad that it'll only last for a year. must make good use of it.

i'm not having march hols but i'll go over to church to help out in the art class on friday. then geil is gonna give me a TREAT and then we'll go play badminton. ^^

moi BIRFDAY is coming! sorry for the wrong date on facebook, it's the 16th, not the 3rd. paiseh paiseh. have i changed in the year that's passed, ummm, yes. i grew fatter! amazing huh? the things hormones can do to a person. keehee..

today we had teens club, then went to northpoint's row of coffeeshops for lunch. at 1.30 there was choir and i sang my lungs out till my throat felt chalky. but i know, it was still pretty soft. :( then i came home. the weather = GRREAT.

i have a horrible mozzie bite on my NECK and it itches like something really itchy. bleh. i mean it's really itchy. realllllllly. it's red and it's on my neck, so it looks weird, if you know what i mean. :O hahar.

bran is playing with a rice scooping cup thing that he ingeniously got hold of. he pulled on a rug and the cup rolled down the table. now he's not just playing with things we give him, he's choosing his own toys and taking them sneakily. that's freaky to think about. what if one day he decides to take over the house? or the world? anyone watched pinky and the brain before? never underestimate the power of tiny brains man.

granny isn't doing well. her heart is weak and her limbs are swollen with water. yesterday she couldn't go for dialysis cause her blood pressure was too low. AND she finally got to use her commode. (like a wheelchair and toilet bowl combined.) :D it's funny how she has a fever but still doesn't wanna bathe, some cannot-kena-cold rule. like after pregnant women give birth. who came up with that? anyway, showering is a good way to bring down a fever, please note that everybody.

pray for granny when you can ya? :)

bran was late for breakfast today. HAHAHA.

GRANNY IS BEING SO UNREASONABLE. and she's shouting at me right now. she thinks her cough mixture has been swapped and when she drinks it, it makes her cough even more. the thing is, it's a suppressant. (???!) the power of belief. SIGHS. it's exactly the same thing as what's in the hospital but she insists it's not. she is deaf and almost blind, so i didn't attempt to argue with her. granny has this way of crying that freaks me out. it's like a wail joined with an angry sentence. and yesterday she threw her cough mixture into the rubbish bin in my room and it spilled on the floor. i only found out cause i caught bran licking it. -_-" waaaaahhhhh, i need some vent lah. on one hand i can't blame her, her understanding is like a child. but on the other hand she's so loud and verbal and suspicious.

AAAAAAAAH! i am forsaking my blog slowly! no lah, just busy. a quick post on what's going on:

granny's been in hospital for a week plus. should be coming home today if she's okay to be discharged.

tim and i are not sick anymore. :D

bran is botak. X) and i realized he's 6 and a half this year!

i'm back to drawing and painting and making cards despite my increasing amount of school work which i do not like. i made a card blog (for the hundredth time) so go see if you want anything. you can see what's bought and what's not there. posting up a new batch of (christian) cards later. i vomited all my portrait drawings out on the blog too. might as well right? i'm painting a sleeping man (he was supposed to be a woman, but he/she looked more like a man so i decided to paint.. it as a man. yes that's how it rolls with me. HAHAR.)

i miss sher and raye. :(

ah mah's birthday was last sunday. we all went vegetarian for her.

it seems i have caught the 'poo' from granny as i am now quite sick with a sore throat, fever, the works. i slept on the sofa last night because mom said granny was coughing my room full of germs. mommy and daddy are with granny at the polyclinic now. yes, mom took leave. yesterday granny refused to go for dialysis because of her lao-sai-ing but i managed to psych her up to go with all the malay i knew. she downed many bottles of poh chai pills and that kind of cured her temporarily. :)

jaitlat hor? but on the contrary i have been excused from my work today. MUAHAHAHA.

THIS WEEK IS GONNA BE TOUGH because my dear granny is down with the flu. (she pronunces it as 'poo') she's got that itchy-cannot-stop cough and it makes her lose control of her bowels, so i'm back to changing diapers! i try as much as possible to make everything lighthearted for her, cause it's logically not a pleasant thing to not be in control of your own sai. i just hope she sleeps well at night, so I CAN SLEEP TOO. aaaaaaah.

it's CNY again. yes, the gaudy red decor and looping chinese music tells me so. :) granny's coming home today, and bran is lamenting having to give up the waterbed. HAHAH. it's patience training time. i love quietness and privacy, so i'm preparing myself now for her non-stop chattering and kaypo talk.
