the baptism yesterday! was too tired to blog last night. it was funfunfun. my family went there early to raqee the place for a good spot and chop it by laying out the ground sheet. (so singaporean) there was a short message from luke, then it was down to the waters! geil was first, then roy and wenjing and rowena and richard. roy got his foot cut, geil got water in her mouth, and wenjing got water up her nose. salt water LEH! anyway some of them played rounders, then the teens segregated to play at the playgroundd! had a swing competition. we shoukd have that more often. we stopped because we were all gonna puke. after everything my family excluding my mom had to go clean telipooook and i was tired out so my dad cut me some slack after i washed the porch. helped isa make stuff for the bulletin board while she helped clean. :) end of day.

today after church we went for lunch. YL wanted to buy bubble tea so i accompanied them to the shop near my place. the aunty was so busy loh, there were so many people there, and she got everyone's order mixed up!

haha. anyways daph needed some help with her fake assignment-website so she came up to our place and ate dinner there too. walked her to the MRT with tim and BYEBYE. tim's an amazing farter. he kept going 'pweeEEeeEEeeee~' and making me go into my crazy ultra-loud laugh while daphne choked on her saliva and banged her head on my back. aiyoh...

ah, need to get presents for the august babies. shopppiiingggggg! :D

don't want to be like those people who reject God's way but seem to have it all going well for them! and don't follow those people who try to influence you to do something wrong. i find this hard with dressing and movies and music. everyone's dressing and watching and hearing stuff that's not, well.. godly lah. sometimes i end up envying them. perspective gets messed up. :| AZA!

aye, breakout. anyway, managed to write some stuff for the encouragement board, just tiny stuff. but i didn't really have alot of time so i didn't make anything for the guys. HAHA. some ppl lah, get nice nice notes from me then call me BO LIAO. tsk tsk.

my freaky dog! he keeps making this face when he's sleeping recently. anyway, my week's been boring, and i'm in desperate need of hair stuff like rubber bands and hairbands and CLIPS! sometimes i get so frustrated with my hair i almost rip it off. keeps getting into my face.. can't stand it. and when i bun it up, it feels like there's a rock tied to the back of my head. GAH. maybe chopping it off will really be better, for the sake of my mental health.

when i save up money, i'm gonna go get BERMS, DRESSES, and ART STUFF. reallllly need those.

having a nagging headache now. BUT i managed to read revelation 10-13 inspite of it! go zion.

i'm into oiling hair now. it serrriously works. makes hair soft and browner [at least for my hair] and NICE SMELLING. but cannot anyhow oil, you must do it properly and buy the right oil. i use some old OLD brand that my foremothers used in time past. smells like rose water. :) i oil it before i start school and bun it up, and wash it off only at night. if i can't do that for some reason [e.g. going out and don't wanna look like an ah mah] then i oil it in the night and sleep with it. it takes some tolerance but COME ON LAH, girls will do pretty much anything that works right? and i took so long to grow out my precious hair i HAVE to take good care of it.
alright, enough ramblings about ancient hair oil. i want some CHAO. byebye.

this week has been good thus far. :) i passed all my tests (last week too!) and i've been a good girl. the only thing bothering me is I'M GROWING FATTER and fatter and fatter. that means i need to go run. it's really not my running season. [lame excuse.] HOW? hopefully crunches will suffice, given that my tummy is the only part collecting all the fats. my face is too, but how do you exercise a face?

anyway, thank God ALL my cards are sold [YAY] and i passed my tests. yes, i'm repeating myself. i'm also growing fatter.

teens club was changed to 8+ so we all got up early. :( tim, jake and i wore the same shirt! rrrushed home to change, smack some make up on, and go to the salon. was PRAYING that my hair would turn out nice. well, 99% of people said it was nice except one person. pics for yoooo~

today we celebrated the july babies' birthdays after service! then we had lunch at church. then we chilled until the van came to send us back. :) OH in the van we came to the subject of childbirth and labor and aunty janet was telling me it felt like hopeless constipation ! MANN.. but at the time i was gagging and laughing at her description so i didn't really find it that horrifying. women who've gone through it are superwomen lah. GO MUMS!

woke up despite the wonderful good-for-sleeping weather to study for the quiz. after some time sis. yunli came because she had some free time. waited for 10:40 to come and went down to wait for the van. waited at the void deck for quite a while, but it was okay lah, because it was SO COOOOOOL i didn't mind waiting at all. teens club went great with ROY & GEIL. had lunch with them, s.yunli and YL before going to clean church. mopped and scrubbed like a mad woman -- my exercise for the day. :)

tuesday was my mom's birthday! made a nice nice card for her.

>today we all went out together to holland V for lunch with my aunt and the weather was BURNINGG HOTT. had a great Vietnamese lunch (was stuffed) and went to walk walk abit after that. then we went to SGH to see granny. she's good and cheeky and lively and all... laughing at other patients and downing mouthfuls of water when the nurses turn around (she's not supposed to do that...) pestering the nurses for dinner and complaining about how itchy the drip thing is. she'll be home tomorrow. :) thank God. some pics from today. oh i saw bro. roy's house too, while my aunt was running an errand at a house nearby. the houses around there are bigger than huge. they're like palaces or ... country houses, seriously unimaginable. olympic sized pools (literally, not figure of speech) and underground carparks. tim and i were like "BWAAAAA. BWWWAAAAAAAAHH!" as if we transamorgafied into another country suddenly. then on the way out this impatient lambourgini driver zoomed in and out of lanes like nobody's business... it's interesting watching how these people live the high life. it's so... different. anyway tim went for the wedding rehearsal and the rest of us went for dinner.
